Also it's a great movie, but I absolutely hated the ending. Which also ties into racism. It ruined the movie imo
According to rumours, Daniel Day Lewis absolutely refused to go out of character at all during the filming of Gangs of New York, and it drove his co-stars to distraction.

I can believe it. Iirc he came out of retirement for that role and took it very seriously.

I don't remember what it's called. I just watched it. It wasn't that good. It had Jason Bateman in it. His long haired son tried to hang himself.

You figure it out from there.

Watched the Johnny English trilogy yesterday, had a few laughs but mostly it played it far too safe and didn't really have the kind of villains that would appeal to kids...except maybe John Malkovich while butchering yet another accent. I don't know which I liked the most out of the 3 cause they were all bleh! ... but I'll say 3 even though they failed to use McNulty to best effect.

Did you watch the movie White Boy Rick? I enjoyed it but the fact that it was based on a true story was more intriguing than the movie itself. I’m glad there is a documentary too. Gonna check it out.

soft core porno mixed with slapstick humor better than expected had some cheap laughs. the pacing was bit slow but that seemed to be the thing in the 70s before we all had ADD.
