I picked up another cutting board off of Etsy. I gave it it's second treatment of a board conditioner last night and I should be ready to slice, dice, put in rice by tonight.

Clean it well because the oak is very porous and food particles can get trapped in there and make you sick.
yessssssirrrrrr!I picked up an inside skirt steak today and decided to make some steak bites out of it. Cooked over high heat for some char on the outside and a rare to medium rare inside. Seasoned with salt, pepper, & garlic.

Chicken thighs marinated in vinegarette overnight, then cooked indirect until they temped at 180ish and finished direct for the char.
Yes, but nothing overpowering. Juicier than normal and some tang from the vinegar.did they take up the vinegarette flavor?
